ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will play an important role in building and strengthening our marketing team. You will be responsible for overseeing our client funnels and email team in making sure our systems function properly. This person is an expert in Marketing Automation tools like Zapier and knows how to make marketing systems talk to each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role as a Marketing Automation Expert includes, but is not limited to:

  • Weekly calls and daily communication (via Slack) with team members and vendor
    • Responsible for integrating marketing systems including clickfunnels and webinarjam
    • Reporting and data entry
    • Onboarding new client systems
    • Ensuring all accounts are properly functioning
    • Basic understanding of technical work

      • Active Campaign
      • Hyros
      • Infusionsoft
      • Kajabi
    • Utilize platforms to set up trigger-based campaigns and establish regular emails
    • Ensuring client ESP’s stay up to date with current segmented data
    • Assisting funnel and email team in account setup
    • Responsible for automations keeping client CRM up to date
    • Responsible for staying up to date with new changes to the platforms we use and keeping the team informed
    • Meeting with the Head Strategist to make sure all teams are working together efficiently
    • Managing partner relations with technologies we use

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have direct experience InfusionSoft/Keap
